Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leap to Fluent website at leaptofluent.com and the Leap to Fluent Service, including any related websites, features, language-learning tools, artificial intelligence features, voice features, content, and services we make available (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by:
LOKEAI s.r.o.

In these Terms, “Leap to Fluent,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LOKEAI s.r.o.
By registering for access, accessing the Service, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. About Leap to Fluent
Leap to Fluent is a scheduled AI telephone conversation service for practicing spoken languages. Calls are designed to last approximately five minutes and are intended for learners at A2 level and above. Availability of languages and calling destinations is shown in the Service.
The Service supplements language study and is not an accredited course or an official assessment.
2. Service Availability and Technical Development
We operate an evolving paid digital service. Calls, scheduling, voice responses and feedback may occasionally be disrupted by telephony networks, maintenance or external technology providers. We may make reasonable technical changes while respecting contractual commitments and mandatory consumer rights.
A scheduled call is an opportunity to practice, not a guarantee that the phone will be answered or a specific learning outcome will occur.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirement
The Service is currently intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
We may introduce services or features for younger users in the future. Any such access may be subject to additional conditions, parental or guardian authorization, age-verification measures, privacy requirements, or separate terms.
Until we expressly introduce such functionality, persons under 18 may not use the Service.
4. Registration and Account
To use the Service, you create an account and provide accurate contact, phone, language, and scheduling information. You must protect your login details and keep your telephone number current. Access is personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
After registration, eligible users may receive a seven-day free trial without supplying payment-card details. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Continued paid use requires a separate purchase.
5. Artificial Intelligence Features
Leap to Fluent uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide features that may include:
- AI-powered conversations;
- grammar and vocabulary corrections;
- pronunciation analysis;
- speech analysis;
- language-learning feedback;
- recommendations;
- translations;
- explanations;
- generated exercises;
- generated text or dialogue;
- scoring or performance assessments; and
- other personalized or automated learning features.
AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, inconsistent, or incorrect.
You should not assume that an AI-generated correction, translation, pronunciation assessment, score, explanation, recommendation, or other output is authoritative or error-free.
The Service is intended as a language-learning and practice tool and is not a substitute for professional, accredited, or certified instruction, translation, interpretation, examination, or assessment services.
6. Voice and Audio Processing
Certain features of the Service may allow you to speak into a microphone or submit voice or audio input.
Voice and audio input may be transmitted to and processed by Leap to Fluent and by technology service providers acting on our behalf for purposes including:
- speech recognition;
- transcription;
- pronunciation analysis;
- language assessment;
- generating AI responses;
- providing corrections and feedback;
- improving functionality;
- detecting technical problems; and
- operating the Service.
Leap to Fluent does not intend to maintain full audio recordings as permanent user recordings unless we clearly disclose otherwise.
However, audio or related data may be temporarily processed, transmitted, cached, or retained by third-party technology providers according to their technical systems, contractual arrangements, security procedures, and applicable retention settings.
Further information about how voice data and personal information are processed will be provided in our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit voice recordings containing information that you do not want processed through the Service.
7. User Content
You may be able to provide or generate content through the Service, including:
- text;
- spoken statements;
- audio;
- messages;
- answers;
- language exercises;
- feedback;
- profile or registration information; and
- other information submitted through the Service.
We refer to this collectively as “User Content.”
You remain responsible for your User Content.
You represent that you have the right to provide the User Content you submit and that your User Content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
You must not submit confidential information belonging to another person unless you have authority to do so.
8. Permission to Process User Content
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, process, reproduce, analyze, transform, and otherwise technically use your User Content to the extent necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- generate responses and feedback;
- perform speech or language analysis;
- maintain security;
- troubleshoot technical problems;
- prevent abuse; and
- improve or develop the Service where permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to us.
Any use of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use Leap to Fluent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse another person;
- submit content that unlawfully infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
- bypass technical restrictions or security controls;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software;
- scrape, crawl, systematically extract, or harvest data from the Service without authorization;
- use automated bots or scripts to access the Service except where we expressly permit it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying models of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits such activity;
- copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Service;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- misuse access invitations or access credentials;
- use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or abuse usage limits;
- use the Service in a manner that creates unreasonable technical load; or
- encourage another person to engage in prohibited conduct.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
The Leap to Fluent Service, including its software, interface, design, branding, logos, educational materials, exercises, graphics, text, features, databases, and other proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to LOKEAI s.r.o. unless otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Leap to Fluent intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal language-learning purposes.
You may not commercially exploit, reproduce, redistribute, sell, license, or create competing services from our proprietary content except with our prior written permission or where applicable law permits otherwise.
11. Feedback
We welcome feedback about the Service.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, comments, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback concerning Leap to Fluent, you allow us to use that feedback for developing, improving, operating, or commercializing the Service without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not affect your rights in personal data contained in such feedback.
12. Third-Party Technologies and Services
Leap to Fluent may depend on third-party providers for services such as:
- artificial intelligence;
- speech processing;
- voice generation;
- hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- analytics;
- authentication;
- communications;
- payment processing;
- security; and
- other technical functions.
Your information may be processed through such providers where necessary to operate the Service and in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We do not control every aspect of third-party infrastructure, and interruptions or changes affecting third-party services may affect the availability or functionality of Leap to Fluent.
Links to third-party websites or services may also be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are not operated by us.
13. Seven-Day Free Trial
Where offered, a new eligible user may try the Service free for seven days. No payment card is required for the trial. The trial ends without an automatic charge or automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Trial features and calling allowance will be presented at registration. Any special promotional trial conditions will be disclosed before participation.
14. Paid Plans, Calls and Pricing
After the trial, you may purchase a Starter plan (up to one scheduled call per week), Regular plan (up to three scheduled calls per week), or Daily plan (up to seven scheduled calls per week). Calls are designed to last approximately five minutes. Each plan may be offered with monthly or annual billing.
The applicable price, currency (CZK), taxes, billing interval, and full payment conditions are displayed before you confirm purchase. If the website and these Terms differ on a price, the purchase checkout confirmation governs that transaction.
Your weekly selections must not exceed the call allowance in your purchased plan. You may choose fewer days, including none, without automatically suspending billing. Missed, unanswered or unsuccessful calls and retry rules are managed according to the scheduling functionality described in your account. A plan is an allowance for scheduled opportunities to practice; it does not guarantee a fixed number of completed conversations each week.
Paid plan activation depends on successful payment confirmation. Payments and subscription management are handled through Stripe.
15. Renewal, Cancellation and Account Deletion
Unless the checkout states otherwise, paid monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the applicable interval. You may cancel future renewal using the billing settings in My Account. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not ordinarily end access before the paid period expires or automatically produce a refund.
Changing or removing selected call days, pausing scheduling, or simply not answering calls does not cancel a paid membership. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next billing date shown in your billing settings.
Self-service account deletion is unavailable while a paid subscription or its paid access period remains in effect, including a subscription canceled for renewal but not yet ended. Once the paid period has ended, you may use the account-deletion option. You can contact contact@leaptofluent.com at any time to request exercise of data-protection rights; those requests are assessed separately under applicable law.
16. Withdrawal, Refunds and Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding an eligible distance contract, subject to statutory exceptions. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to contact@leaptofluent.com before the deadline. A model withdrawal form is provided at the end of these Terms.
If you expressly request that provision of the paid service begin during the withdrawal period, statutory rules may permit a proportionate charge for services supplied before withdrawal. Different rules may apply to certain digital content supplied with the legally required consent and acknowledgments. We will not assume that merely using the Service waives statutory withdrawal rights.
Cancellation of future subscription renewals is separate from statutory withdrawal. Refunds, remedies for non-conforming digital services and any payment due on withdrawal are handled under applicable mandatory consumer law. Contact support for billing disputes or a statutory refund request.
17. Educational and AI Disclaimer
Leap to Fluent is designed to support language learning, practice, and self-improvement.
Results produced by the Service may not accurately reflect your actual language ability.
Pronunciation scores, grammar corrections, translations, assessments, suggested vocabulary, recommendations, generated conversations, and other AI outputs may contain errors.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to rely on information produced through the Service.
Leap to Fluent does not provide official language certification and does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in a particular examination result, proficiency level, employment outcome, academic result, or other achievement.
18. Availability and Technical Limitations
The Service depends on software, internet connectivity, hardware, browsers, microphones, third-party infrastructure, artificial intelligence systems, and other technical components.
The Service may contain bugs or experimental functionality.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will operate on every device or browser.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.
19. Statutory Rights and Digital Services
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable Czech or European Union consumer law.
Where mandatory law gives you rights concerning digital content or digital services, conformity, remedies, defects, availability, updates, withdrawal, or other consumer protections, those rights remain unaffected.
Any provision of these Terms that conflicts with a mandatory consumer right will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOKEAI s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from your use of or inability to use the Service where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
In particular, we do not accept responsibility for decisions made solely in reliance on an AI-generated translation, correction, recommendation, pronunciation score, assessment, or other automated output.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights relating to digital content or digital services.
21. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of Leap to Fluent may involve the processing of personal data, including registration information, communications, text inputs, usage information, voice data, transcripts, and related technical data.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.
You should read the Privacy Policy before using the Service.
22. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service and personal data.
However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You must take reasonable steps to protect any credentials or access links provided to you and notify us if you believe your access has been compromised.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect:
- changes to the Service;
- new functionality;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- security requirements;
- the changes to paid subscriptions; or
- changes to our business operations.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
The updated Terms will state their effective date.
Where applicable law requires your agreement to a change, the change will not take effect against you without the required agreement.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country, the choice of Czech law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
25. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution
For complaints, billing disputes or questions about the Service, contact contact@leaptofluent.com. We will seek a reasonable resolution.
Consumers may be eligible to use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) for alternative dispute resolution of consumer disputes. Information is available at www.coi.cz. Your right to seek a remedy before a competent court remains unaffected.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its intended purpose where legally possible.
27. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular feature, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service.
Any mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
29. Model Withdrawal Form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from an eligible contract.

30. Changes to the Service
We may reasonably update, improve, or modify the Service for security, legal compliance, technical maintenance or other legitimate operational reasons. Where mandatory consumer law requires advance notice, a valid reason, continued access, or a termination right for a material change, we will comply with those requirements.
31. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access proportionately where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, account compromise, security risks, serious misuse or legal requirements. Where appropriate and required, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue. Suspension does not remove mandatory consumer rights or automatically settle any billing or refund obligations.
